I cant wait to experience halo wars for the first time! It's such a beloved series by so many people and I cant wait to get into the RTS gameplay. But before I do ill be reacting to the halo Wars trailers.

Cool fact: The actor that played The Prophet of Regret in Halo 2 -Robin Atkin Downes- returned to reprise his role in Halo Wars. Really nice, considering the game was the first Halo game developed by a different studio rather than Bungie, but they still cared enough to keep part of the identity from that prophet.

@@GamerJoobChannel yeah back then I was in 5th grade and all my classmates were bragging about the halo wars trailer lol, I also didn’t know what a Spartan was at that time so I called them a squad of Master chiefs 😂😂😂 when I first saw this trailer, I went back to replay halo 3 and did the missions The Ark and The Covenant missions, because that’s how I thought the missions and gameplay would look like in Halo wars but way bigger lol

It's funny, halo wars 1 takes place before reach but halo wars 2 takes place after Halo 5 :)

Halo Wars introduced me to my most favourite Spartan team: Red Team their look is so refined and iconic. So much about Halo Wars/2 is so cool to me, It's so neat because it was made when Bungie the original studio that made halo when they were still making 3 odst or reach. And Halo had made a name for itself in gaming so Ensemble Studios played it safe with the Identity of the brand. In a way anchoring a way for a future story like a time capsule.

Wow this game brings me so many memories, for 3 years I played HW. The battles were fun and insane in multiplayer against the 5 stars Generals. Halo wars will be forever in my heart. I can't wait for E3 21.

The 5 yrs trailer is super depressing those soldiers were happy to get an invasive aggressive enemy out of their planet their HOME just for more to come and then completely overwhelmed to the point where they run and even the guy that got stabbed if slowed down can see his hands in a “no wait” position

Sorry that I missed you halo 5 play throughs jade, but now I’m back to watch you play halo wars 1, hope you don’t remember much about halo wars definitive edition trailer😅 Fun fact, halo wars 1 (aka halo wars definitive edition) was the first halo game that 343 brought to pc, then they brought halo 5 forge but it was a total disaster so they didn’t put effort on bringing the rest of the game to pc

Cool little did you know about this game Jade but Bungie was originally against the creation of this game. Ensemble Studios bought a new RTS to Xbox, who then decided to stick the Halo brand on it - Bungie didn't have much of a say. Luckily, (IMO) the story in this game is unbelievably good. This was also Ensemble Studios' last game they developed before becoming defunct. The team that created this game was pretty barebones as all non-essential staff had to be let go. For a game that caused so many issues in board-rooms, especially between Bungie vs Xbox (Microsoft), it came out unscathed. We hope you enjoy it :)

Heh, make sure on halo wars 2, you get the dlc campaigns. The dlcs are called operation spearbreaker, a unsc dlc campaign if the name correct. Then theres the Awakening the nightmare DLC which includes a banished DLC campaign missions.

I never had the X Box system being a Play Station dude. But now I've seen the Halo Wars I wish to get a X Box so I can play this game! The only thing that bothers me about it is, All the halo wars games from the 1st to the 3rd are it seems top down tiny 3rd person shooting battles. Only the 4th and 5th games seem to be 1st person battles. So That is a big let down right there? The intro movies are very real looking as though they been filmed with real people etc. But the the 1 to 3 game play is tiny top down shooters.. I thought all the games where 1st person shooters which would been cool to play. So if I buy a X Box 360 console, will it be able to play the 4th and the 5th games without any issues? Or is it like PS where the games only run on a set machine and the games maker set it to only work on the newest console? Your a cool player Jade BTW. You keep it up. 8 )
