Using an Xbox Gamesir G7 controller, excellent device. The only problematic thing is that mic monitoring always switches on when I plug any headset in, wether its over or in-ear. Could you fix this please with an update?

Same problem with t4 kaleid on android :) ios is fine, and 1 more thing, my t4 kaleid can setup for 3 profile but funny thing is they dont have a switch profile funtion ! U only can switch profile on PC app :))))) that quiet dumb

In Windows 10 or Windows 11, the microphone monitoring is typically disabled by default. You can go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Recording tab, double-click on the corresponding device, and check the Listen tab to enable or disable microphone monitoring. For consoles, monitoring is usually enabled by default, and you may need to disable it in the settings each time.

Nice , i'm using Skull and Co, they look almost exactly the same , Fit with almost every thumb stick ! abit pricy but worth the moneys !

All I want is thumbstick covers for the x2/x3/x4 etc. I am baffled that you guys literally just stopped selling them. I still need them. Your upcoming controller still uses these smaller joystick caps, so why don't you sell them anymore?

No, its not compatible and they do not even sell the thumbstick caps you are looking for. ive looked everywhere. I'm about to just switch controller brands because gamesir doesn't seem to even support their own products. These stupid caps just fly off all the time too, for no reason. They also use some weird proprietary joystick sizing, so its impossible to find caps for them ANYWHERE.

GAMESIR T3 the control simply doesn't turn on anymore, after pressing reset it doesn't stop vibrating, there are thousands of people with this problem, the buttons and everything work, but this problem ends up ruining what is in excellent condition.
