It is wild that several of these controllers exist and the manufacturer didn't think to add one or two millimeters slack so that phones would fit snugly in their cases

@@RetroGameCorps I have the iPega Red Knight, and I have exactly this problem with my phone LOL. Ended up buying another telescopic controller. Pretty skeptical of that answer since it's pretty transparent that most of these controllers are plastic, that's literally designed to expand and retract as needed
@jacks5593 жыл бұрын
the problem with the case is not that it doesn't fit in the controller it's that the physical lightning/usb connector would literally not be able to reach all the way inside the phone due to the cases thickness hence why some thin cases still work. if they made the connector longer then yes it would fit but it would obviously be unstable for the phone when not in a case. i thought this was obvious smh.

Just that flimsy looking $100 (currently, on Amazon) Backbone with its 1¢ clicky buttons. It looks like it would snap in half if you just chucked it into a bag and the middle got stuck under something. Kishi is $70 new and $60 (renewed) on Amazon. I got mine a full year ago as a warehouse deal (BNIB return) for $50 like I do with a lot of stuff. Not a single issue. Unfortunately just like the Backbone, the Kishi also needs the phone to be removed from the case. What is annoying, the sound of unboxing? That's in all my videos. I usually lower it by 10db so it's not too obtrusive, but I enjoy the visceral experience of hearing the unboxing. Luckily I speed that part up and often cut out dead space, so it's usually no more than 30 seconds if you'd rather skip it.

It is a sin to play on an iOS device when thy have an Android phone. For those who don't get the joke know that this is just that.

I don't understand why these companies don't make customizable options so that you can switch the dpad and analogue stick positions, I know it's possible since there are controllers made that way.
