With the way the different phase abilities work, don't you have to declare "Move Like the Wind" at the start of the Shooting Phase? If so, how were the Windchargers able to move after shooting? Because if have to declare it at the start of the Shooting Phase, you wouldnt be able to move after you shoot. Also, "Move Like the Wind" states you can't use any Shoot abilities if you use it, so they wouldn't even be able to shoot if they used it for movement
