Not many can do what she can do. One of her inspirations is Mariah Carey however I think Morissette’s whistle is clearer and more supported than Mariah’s however that ability to do the whistle note is not an easy task. You should check out the TNT Boys, a trio of extremely talented young men, a couple of whom, maybe all, can also do those whistle tones like Mori can. I'd start with either their cover of "A Million Dreams" from The Greatest Showman or their cover of "Flashlight" on their TNT Versions channel, or their original song "Together We Fly" that they performed on the Wish Bus and go from there. She my favorite female vocalist for her chest and headvoice. Her mixed voice is very nice but her strengths are in the two extremes. There are parallels to modern best of the best vocalists to the legends from the past. Her style mirrors Mariah Carey including the whistles notes. So Hyang mirrors Whitney Houston because of the insane control over her mixed voice. It's essentially having many valves that by opening or closing in various orders generate a specific type of sound not just the frequency. In comparison Morissette has the power to push out beefy chest notes that Whitney would need to do in a mixed voice. Mariah wouldn't even try them. Not sure how healthy it is but it's pure ear candy for me. As far as whistles, it's a cherry on top if done well. The only issue with whistles in general not just from a specific artist is that they are unstable and in the heat of a moment might not even come out. It's happened to Morissette, Mariah and Arianna and is just a very finicky mechanism of the cords. Morissette has put the hours in to reduce the chances of losing control over it but she's human. She's does as well as human anatomy allows.
