Booster Course Wave 6-the final DLC for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe-is here, and we’re checking out All Changes and differences made for the returning courses. The first race of the Acorn Cup is Tour Rome Avanti. It’s the capital of Italy and one of the cities of the ancient world, home to the Trevi Fountain and other elaborate fountains-2 of which feature obelisks of different origins-famous statues like that of Victor Emmanuel II, the gardens of Villa Borghese, and various ruins, including the most iconic in the nation: the Roman Colosseum. So how does the most recent update differ from its mobile appearance? Let’s find out!

As an Italian that lives in Rome, I didn't realize they have put so much landmarks inside this track. I knew that Colosseo, Piazza Venezia, Foro Romano and even Fontana di Trevi were there but I wasn't expecting Villa Borghese, Via del Corso and even Piazza di Spagna. The fact you can glide from the Pincio is amazing.

ITALY MENTIONED RAAAH🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹 Ok jokes apart that pronounce was sick, I smiled everytime an Italian expression was mentioned. And I didn't know if it was intentional or not, but Roma Romantica is actually the Italian translation of this track!

In Time Trials i drive around courses exploring the scenery, I never knew that Rome Avanti had so many historical ruins and architectural pieces of art both in and outside the track. Its honestly quite impressive how the developers of Mario Kart took the time and patience to make this course look beautiful. Fair play to all developers and the Musicians that made Rome Avanti feel alive in the Mario Universe

Can you please use rosalina for the changes in Wii rainbow road, I know mario is the staff ghost but it’s rosalinas track !! She was the staff ghost in Wii also !

Well, Rosalina is the staff ghost for Rosalina's Ice World... She's recorded for the original Wii Rainbow Road footage.

@@davidakbaba4878So, who should he use for Ice World then? Certainly can’t be Rosalina if he uses her for Wii Rainbow Road. It makes way more sense to use Mario rather than Rosalina as it’ll keep up with the pattern of the Staff Ghost being used for the recording of each video. Also, just because she was the Staff Ghost in Wii, doesn’t mean she should be used again in a future game, because, surprise surprise, the Staff Ghosts in Wii don’t matter anymore. They’re in the past, they don’t have any affect on 8DX. Another thing, just because it’s a Rainbow Road doesn’t automatically make it Rosalina’s course. We all know damn well that SNES Rainbow Road isn’t her course. Take Cloudtop Cruise for example. Just because it has Airships in it, doesn’t automatically make it a Bowser course. It has elements that *relate* to a specific character, just like Wii Rainbow Road. Also, using the Mario Staff Ghost is just perfect. If you didn’t notice, the Mario Staff Ghost uses the standard kart parts which is actually a great way of bringing the game full circle. Lastly, the game is called *MARIO* Kart. It’s only fair that the two most well known characters from the entire franchise are the staff ghosts for the final course of the game and not some semi-unimportant space princess
