H5 best multi:? :D May be the msot unbalanced part and yes even H6-7 is better in sense with factions and skills units and their skills and spells. And there is no real rounds in battles in H5 too sadly. Campaign though good almost paar with H4

9:00 ah yes, the castle assault against 50+ ogres when a castle has had too much time to build up defenses, and all you have is flying troops with little to no archer support. Fun times.

I got HoMM1 in a Interplay Strategy Collection box back in the day. I sadly lost the CD for Heroes, so I only played it for a short time, but it stuck with me, especially the music as you mentioned.

I started playing HOMM in 95 i came across a demo ..1 map with hotseat so multiple people could play in on pc, where as me and my little brother would have days where we made pancakes and thee(home alone parents gone) and battle it out..and a month or so after HOMM my little brother surprised me with HOMM3...more battles ensued. Now being somewhat of a purist when I saw HOMM4 come out I was dismayed and HOMM5 was also not what I felt was HOMM...years later I came across HOMM6 though I feel like it misses some factions I was curious about the Sanctuary faction. As you always want to see new factions..I was sceptical at first but playing it out with a friend who I got to play it in around 95 or 96 I felt that is has a pleasant charm to it. I now realise that it is a diamond in the rough but the first 2 HOMM where also diamonds in the rough but their shine outlast the ages. I SURE HOPE THAT ONE DAY THEY WILL RELEASE A DLC With Sylvans and fortress.

I found your channel few days ago. Then I binged your years.game series - it was awesome and changed my view of old games ( I thought 80s games were more 'primitive'). Speaking of Heroes I, it is the only one which I finished ( I planned to play all of them since I own all except seventh game). Can't wait for the stream of Heroes II (my favourite one). Love the Sound Heros of Might and Magic ❤️ Kings Bounty was good, but Heroes of Might and Magic (II - III) was fantastic and even now the best Games in this Genre

I just recame to homam3 a couple of days ago and I really underestimated random maps my whole life. they are quite well generated and offer a very nice pastime.

I've played everything from 2 to 6, three is my favorite i think mostly because it was my first though 4 is my most played. I own 7 for a few years now but have yet to muster the courage to install it let alone play it.

HOMM7 is a quirky gem and it really needs an Inferno and Sanctuary and since it has many pirate and seabased units a lost island faction with the mermaids, pirates, kraken, merlocks etc.

I don't want to influence your impressions of HOMM 7, but i will just say, try to look past the bugs. If there werent any, the game would have been an awesome addition to the series.

Do you slow your videos increase watch time? If that’s your natural pace then I mean no offense. I am saying this for quality and constructive criticism sake. Point being pacing DRAGS ON and ON for each sentence to a intolerable point. Setting the video on 1.5 speed and everything flows naturally.
