You should see wayland icon on taskbar when wayland-getevent is running It is the transparent(invisible) window that watches Mouse/keyboard events and redirect to xtmapper app.

The app should install when you double tap on apk file in dolphin file manager You can use "waydroid app install /path/to/apk" command to install an apk.

Hi, this is the expected behaviour, trying to use XtMapper on Waydroid could be pain at first. Games are not targeting PC hardware, and some even block pc hardware. Free fire provide support for "Google Play Games for PC" platform and we can spoff it. See the screenshot here; ibb.co/mcRDQL5

What version of xtmapper are you using? In my case no release versions work properly. Either it can't customize the keys or it can't display over the games or not even work. Can you please provide the version setup of all the programs you are using. Thank you

I have tried running Genshin Impact with Vulkan, and it were not rendering properly. If star rail game build with same older version of Unity engine, glitches likely to happen. The game might also fallback to GL ES? Afaik i saw people run star rail on steam deck through waydroid.

@@MrMiy4mo Thank you, i finally got this to work, but there is a major issue: My mouse is all weird, i can't hold it and swing to scroll like you do in other emulators, and some apps i can't even click on anything, its like my mouse isn't connect to the pc at all. For example i can't scroll on the google play store using the mouse pointer and i can't jump on subway surfers because of that.

No, WINE is different and act likes a compatibility layer. Waydroid runs full Android system, but unlike emulators, it does not boot independent kernel on a guest machine, it is not really matter for a game running in android. About anti-cheat, audience of android game publishers are Mobile phone and Tablet users, and they want to offer fair multi-player environment by blocking mouse+keyboard. They also want to make their PC client of game being used instead of mobile client due to several reasons. Usually mouse+keyboard users are overally PC/emulator users, ehich are running on x86 host. @@sheesh3178

But client script still crashing, when giving input to client window,and also when i am running xtmapper sh manually using waydroid shell it's showing "killed" output. Hi, I will certainly upload new videos per 3-4 months maybe, but not the above games; COD Mobile have commercial cooperation with GameLoop and it won't run on anythink else. Fortnite Mobile straight refuses to run on x86_64 platform with a message prompt. New States Mobile redirects you to a website explaining which conditions are must meet in order to play the game (ie. No emulator, No USB Debugging) I have no idea about T3 arena though. Keep in mind that if you got a Linux phone and run waydroid on it, above games will run without problem.

@@MrMiy4mo Its the Steam Deck i want to run waydroid on, the problem is getting Cod and Fornite Mobile Running, Cod mobile runs on blue stack, nox and other Android emulators I don't see why it can't run with waydroid. (The Problem is Playing it without getting ban, after the update i just want to know it works ) and cause it linux there is always a way. Fornite is a Night mare even on my actual android device am having the same issue. i was hoping on the emulator itself we can trick it to think its running on an certain device as you can get away with using LDplayer9 Emulator.

Both games won't run on waydroid, as of the emulators, they are commercial software, they might bypass emulator detection for certain game. Waydroid offers you pure/vanilla Android based on LineageOS. @@BrotherShield

It's the dynamic binary translator (DBT), used to run arm/arm64 machine codes on x86/x86_64. We use libhoudini on INTEL and libndk_translation on AMD. We can't really improve anything as those DBT blobs are proprietary.

Hi, it is safe to run any game, waydroid does not try to spoof/trick games like traditional android emulators. Some games may not work due to detection of pc hardware. Additionally I did not try running "Honkai Star Rail".
