The buffs don't stack, it specifically says they don't. So you will never get a higher march size past level 2 if you only have level 2. As a low coiner you should prioritize one statue and max it out if march size is important to you. Genghis you are wrong two videos in a row

? It means that only one of each type of ornament stacks, multiple ornaments stack with each other. So you can't have two crane pavilions (I don't think you even place two of one kind of ornament on the map), but you can have one crane pavilion, one house of invalids, one coronation fountain, etc. and they all stack with each other.
