Kei cars are smaller than compact cars. They are very slow.

There are no more emissions testing in Texas, only a few Counties require it in 2025 and if your vehicle is over 25 yrs old no emissions testing, which all Kei trucks meet that requirement. Subaru Sambar owner in Kyle TX
