He had regenerative powers so he could have survived the heart rip and had to wait for a full repair or probably the heart was just replaced with mold but willpower does have a role to play because after saving his daughter, his body starts crumbling.

He was molded. We have seen all molded have different forms after apparently 'dieing' jack gets a chainsaw through the face and shoot his own head off and comes back. Brain or heart what does it matter? Then of course the fact Ethan was already dead in dulvey as explained by Evelyn. So even in the first game Ethan already came back to life which is the version we see in village.

I think what makes this game more interesting is how this village and Mother Miranda is practically the true origins of the Umbrella company and their experimentation. She inspired Spencer with her research so he would do his own research. Her mold was also used to perfect the different viruses that created this whole deal

They didn't use her mold to create the different viruses, those actually originated from the Progenitor virus that Spencer found in Africa. Her mold though was used by The Connections to create Eveline. Completely unrelated to both is the Plaga parasite that was discovered by the Los Illuminados cult in Spain.

Well, the village was founded by the 4 kings, or families, so I'm assuming they built them. Because we don't even know how old the mold is and how long it's been there, it's hard to tell where all that came from too, as I don't think the game really tells us (I could be wrong, but I didn't find anything) In response to your second question, I'm not sure, but the only thing is can think, is that when Ethan arrived at the Dulvey Estate, Eveline was old AF, so she was weaker.

what if eveline was controlling him all along? while playing illusions in his head that he is fighting her or the bakers, while in reality she is just playing tricks on him, after all RE7 takes places in this abandoned house while we fight mold and the dead bakers, in the end it could be zoe bakers interuption of eveline's control of ethan that made him able to kill her, that's why he is only able to talk to her over the phone that rings, simulating that zoe talks to ethan through a mind connection eveline does confront ethan asking him why he did not realise earlier that he was dead all along

Ethan hadn't died due to the mold dying, it was due to his body suffering to much damage, and unlike Jack, Ethan needed his limbs to regenerate, which is why his fingers didn't come back, and when Miranda destroyed his heart, he was doomed to die

I'm really curious where the DLC will develop around. The origin stories of the 4 lords? Miranda in the 1910's? Chris in the Eastern European branch of the BSAA unraveling a corruption plot between the BSAA and the connections? There is way more backstory to this game then most people think.

Because she is from another strand of mold I do believe. It could also be because instead of being infected with the mold she was born with it. Mia doesn’t die from Miranda dying though so maybe not everybody with mold died. It’s possible that only people who were super infected (Lycans) were the ones to die.

the amount of times i gasped in this video lmao the bioweapon at the end is chris redfields model, making me think he’s going to have to fight the bsaa’s new models, piers? jill? sheva? is the duke alive? This video is so well made and gives us all the backstory we needed. Even if I paid the utmost attention I would still be missing some stuff seeing how complicated the story gets. One small pointer I would give though is to pay attention to the name of Lady Dimitrescu. It is pronounced dimi-tres-ku with a heavy and prominent U sound at the end, the U is not silent nor does the name stop at the letter k. Since it is a Romanian name please make sure to pronounce it correctly, when a name is fictional it is not a big deal but this is taken from an existing language. (Btw, I am Greek and I happen to have Romanian friends who confirmed this is the correct way to say it. I am not being like this because I would love nothing more than to enrage people lol)

I would rather they do a Chris game where he goes to the BSA Europe headquarters and just, you know, punches some European boulders, before a game with the daughter. Even if she ages faster and her fame isn't that far ahead in time, I'd rather the next game be a direct set of events from Village. Say, Chris goes to the BSA, Mia and baby in tow. While Chris is being led on a wild goose chase they kidnap the baby. Chris and Mia (A and B playthrough) then have to get the baby back while having a tonne of monsters thrown at them. You have bits in the facility. There's probably a mansion on top. You can even have some of the surrounding village/town/city of whatever European country the BSA headquarters are in. (It's in the UK, yay). Cockneys vs Zombies 2.

When Seeing the footage through You or replaying these games some reactions and hidden details are finally seen by us people Like in here 2:00 At first it happens so fast first time... At one point, I was looking through the concept art that Ada Wong was going to be in RE8 dressed as a plague doctor, but they scaped the idea because it stated that it would spoil the overall plot as far as I remember. It stated that adding Ada to this would interfere with the story of RE8 and layer games.

A lovely video! But I have to say the BSAA failed to eliminate The Connections in Munich sounds like a big deal, but we didn't get to see it. Also, the founders of the Umbrella Corporation were Ozwell E. Spencer, James Marcus, and Edward Ashford. This game just retcon its own lore

To be honest, I kind of feel like the game is losing its direction, and the developers are just making stuff up as they go. As the result, a lot of lores and characters were ignored. But this is just my opinion
