I know that reference. Mercury tilt switch might be more accurate but, not worth the risk. 🦊
@scarffoxandfriends94014 жыл бұрын
@@liengandriod55 There is no risk to actually using them. It's only Mercury Vapor that's dangerous, which if the device is working means that it's in a properly sealed tube and won't result in any harm. The three reasons they where drop is because as seen here, they aren't accurate do to splash back and having to wait for travel time. Modern Gyro became a cheaper solution and because devices that use Mercury can't be easily dispose off, as throwing them in the Trash is a health risk to garbage employees as the tubing can break and release Vapor. There's channels who mine gallons of Mercury and even directly touch it and they didn't get Mercury poisoning.

SEGA had a terrible seat thing too, it was featured in a SEGA Mega CD advert. It’s like a crappy go-kart chair.

Do you know what the name of it was? I've actually used one back in the day, and I haven't seen one since.

Take a drink every time he says "Hot Seat" while sitting on an old office chair that has three of the connective bolts taken out. You'll die, but not for liver failure.

Cool that you mentioned Visions Video in Minonk, IL. I use to go there. I actually bought a used NES game from a retro store that came from there with the rental sticker still affixed.
