For me, legends should have used its story mode to create its own heroes, I hope the original game characters continue, and that shallot will be raised to the limit legends category, And so that, God willing, the game reaches the tenth anniversary, raise shallot to ultra, and use the story mode to bring your own version of vegetto ssj4 etc.
