imagine you get dove under tower bbom 4 waves gone cuz enemy top was slow pushing and hes 2 levels up you now if you have tp you dont lose any of that but if u went with ignite ur lane is gg go next

Im stuck in gold 4 for about 50 games now, maining jax, and I always win lane, every game, But i still lose. I KNOW it's the macro decisions but i don't know how to vod review and videos covering it dont help :(

1 - Dont waste your time looking at your teammates mistakes, it'll distract you and you won't get anything valuable from it 2 - Look at some high elo jax games or some guides then compare it to your gameplay 3 - Ask questions like "how did it happen?", "why did it happen?", "how did i contribute to that?", "what should i have done better?", "what can i learn from it?" 4 - Your reviews shouldn't take too much time so you dont get bored or distracted with too much detail 5 - If you dont know what to look at, your deaths lane phase and objectives are a great way to start obs: just because you know something it doesn't mean that you can execute it well, so respect the execution part of the game improving takes time, so be pacient and give your best here's a video from broken by concept podcast that i think it may help you kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIimhn6rjLCBldk
