In this video I talk about the processes, ideas, macro principles and mid and late game plays you need to make in order to close out a game. How to close the game out with macro properly! Well reksai falls off the meta for sure at least. Outpathing is almost nonexistent now. Its either vertical jungle if the stronger jungler decides so, or just normal camp cycling. Strong lv 6 champs shine here while strong lv 3 champs like reksai and xin zhao fall off. Ive been spamming evelynn now mostly since shes excellent with the meta shift, D1+.

Kayn is a great pick again. You can clear 5 camps before scuttle spawns now. Scuttle changes mostly affect pathing and Tarzaned has a guide on it already.

Yo Virkayu!! i dont know if you remember me, i was the guy who achieved diamond last season as jungler, and your guides were really useful, this season while i was climbing in my second account I noticed that low elo players don't know how and why to force a neutral objective and there is no guide in any site about it, which usually results in everyone dying in barons fose or not doing the objective at all because they are scared of initiate it because one or two members of the enemy team still alive. by the way keep the good work man

Hi Virkayu, I am a support main who was gold last season and spent most of my time this season helping my friend improved on league and didnt spend much time climbing.when i decided to start climbing on my new account "Lewd Pug" i began to realize i wasnt as good as i was during season 8/7 or i wasnt keeping up the same habbits. Recently i started to realize when i was off of support i was able to turn and carry games and when i was on support my teamates didnt want to listen to my shot calls and my pings and my wr (which was 62% at one point) declined slightly. After watching just 2 hours of your videos i have managed to learn so much then i ever did in the first 2 years i spent when i discovered league. (i joined in season 5)

First off, great video, really something that I've been trying to work on as a player recently, I have a follow-up question for you, in a game where there are no t2 towers up, and no neutrals to take what should be the macro call? just farm and wait for the barons and dragons to come up? or try to siege an inhib? Maybe just set up vision and take as much farm as possible? I find myself in some games where im ahead and have no clear objective to take, and I feel like I end up throwing away leads in games like this because I dont want to give the enemy time to farm back into the game.

this depends heavily on comp. If your team is mostly melee like a yasuo mid, irelia top, melee support, melee jungler, sieging is not an option. The 2 options then become to either 1-3-1, which is not always the easiest to setup in solo q, or to simply choke out enemy vision, farm enemy jungle camps on respawn and build ur lead as u wait for the baron. If u do have a good siege comp, like caitlyn xerath both, lux mid, etc, then u can try to siege, thou you do need to consider how much wave clear the enemy team has (you cant siege vs anivia even if u have a siege comp) or how much hard engage they have (if ur comp has no clear disengage/counter engage tool, then getting hard engaged on by the likes of j4 means u might throw the game so yes, there isnt a clear answer to this, it's HEAVILY reliant on your comp and the enemy comp and also the state of the game (if you're really ahead, diving becomes an option, etc)

How many people can relate ? I apply most of the tips in all of Virkayu's videos combined and am still stuck (in plat 4) because the team doesn't follow/retreat when they should. I play Xerath mid and have a 60% winrate on over 250 games. I win 15 and lose 20 LP, which explains why I'm stuck. I win most of my laning phases even against counter matchups (except a few of them like Kassadin and Katarina because they have the potential to one shot me and leave before I even realize they've jumped on me, since both have a blink), but I can't get a single team (mostly botlanes) that either uses vision or knows their champion to a point where they know whether they will win or lose a fight. I also usually get fed a little late (based on Zwag's videos) and thus I can't carry because I'm not strong enough to poke doen the fed tanks and adc on the other side. P.S.: Consider it venting/crying if you want, i don't care, the question is: do you relate to this?

Whether to go for Baron or an inhib is something I'm never sure on, I tend to swing toward do inhib as you can then do baron more easily, however I've also seen people in the mind-set of if you take baron off the board nobody else can take it at least even if you end up not using it to it fullest. Are you planning on a new early clear video now our friend the scuttle is napping a bit longer? theres some champions I don't feel it'll be a huge hit to but some others that actually do kinda feel like its really hurt the early clear due to not getting the extra and mana early at a crucial time.

You say that after having the enemy's inhib destroyed in mid lane you can go and push top side with vision in the jungle and/or vision setup inside of the baron pit and so on.. Doesn't that need coordination? There are games in low elo silver and gold where people don't even buy control wards at all. Also if the enemy team has good wave clear doesn't that mean that they can win a fight right there? Basically all im saying is that i am confused about what to do after getting destroying an inhib or having an inhib destroyed. Can you share a basic idea that doesn't need too much coordination? I need some clarification. When setting up baron, why was it a better idea to push up top and not bot? Wouldn't pulling pressure to the bot side allow for an easy baron / numbers advantage?

I think I indirectly mentioned that but didn't go in-depth.. but ideally if you have positioning, it's always advantageous to have that bottom inhib down because it takes them longer to rotate (and in the Kindred video I did last week, tehy did exactly that) but if a game is really close/vision control is contested/you risk losing the baron to them if it isn't played right. In the context of what I was talkign about here, if you have mid down, it's very easy to use those supers to siege/take top lane and use the double super pressure to fall back onto baron. Essentially, it's more a guiding rule rather than a law of the game :P there are so many variables/team comps/time in the game etc that good influence which is a better decision.
