Gamo should have been installing the option for the bipod on most of their rifles for years to help increase accuracy for most people

So true. Recently got the Gamo 10x Swarm Fusion 3i. The first accessory I wanted was a bipod. Gamo doesn’t have one so I got a really cool one from Airgun Detectives. Made for break barrels. Works great.

There's no more liability adjusting this trigger on a Gamo than there is on any other gun regardless if the gun has an adjustable Trigger or not the liability is the same. Lol nice dig on JC at Airgun Detectives though

Not a DIG at all. I don’t follow the specific posts about who has recommended what, but have had many folks asking me about it over the years. Adding a longer screw is NOT new. It was the “solution” 15+ years ago for Gamo and Crosman guns. There was also the “roller bearing” mod as well. Both do the same thing. They reduce sear engagement. And, there is a HUGE difference between using factory available adjustments and replacing an adjustment screw (non factory modifications) with something that allows for adjustments outside of factory specs. Hope that helps. Cheers AGW

Great rifle, love the new added features, checks off a lot of boxes. Am now leaning towards purchase of this gem over the hatson mod 65

Would be awesome to see the bi-pod on the magnum pro

When it comes to putting a longer screw in the trigger system I find using some blue thread lock will be better. I didn't do that but my hatsun 125 supercharger. After driving through a bunch of washboards the trigger screw wiggled his way up. To the point where it goes off after the seer catches and I slammed the barrel shut. So always make sure your barrel's point in the safe direction after doing some trigger work and tested so often just in case the threads back up a bit

Another great video Rick. Looks like Gamo keeps upping their game. I’m as surprised as you with the results using the bipod. My only concern is the gas ram. My experience has been with an Umarex octane and Hatsan 135 Carnivore. Both rams leaked. I did see that the Hatsan is refillable w a hand pump but wondering why it may have leaked in first place and if it will just happen again. Will lack of use cause it?

Awesome Gun. It's been years since I have been involved in airguns. But now that I am older and sowed my seeds on other things, here I am back to airguns. Question Mr. Rick, what do you recommend for a first time PCP, for the purpose of hunting deer and pig in the South. Simplicity, Reliability, and Power. Everything needed to hunt.

The Umarex Hammer is going to be hard to beat. I’d start there. Add the new JTS water cooled portable compressor, decent Hawke scope or an ATN if you are going to hunt at nights, and you are all set. That would be my rig. Cheers AGW

@@AirGunWeb Thank you so much.

I thought you couldn't get/use a bi-pod on a break barrel rifle?

That is what I thought as well! Cheers AGW

I like the way this gun looks love the fact it has open sights on it as well and that is a really nice group at 25yds for sure well done Rick. I might have to pick on of these up. Not really a fan of the bi pod though as it is kinda in the way when cocking the gun and I have never needed one to shoot a break barrel air rifle anyway.
