I have this controller, but it won’t connect like a normal pro controller how do I sync it with my switch

According the the instructions, go to “Change Grip/Order” under the controller icon, hold the home button for 4 seconds, and it will connect to the nearest switch

Actually no I haven't tried it on the PC and can't actually find a definitive answer online. Some people say they got it to work and other say they can't. If I find any information on how to use it with PC I will link it in a reply. Thanks for your question

@@tekhCHEK I like that you said this is a big controller, I find the joy cons to be a little small for my hands. How does the size compare to an Xbox 360 pad?

@@tekhCHEK I received mine yesterday, and it sure is a chunky boi! I've managed to get it working on windows, Android and iOS, no help from the instruction manual. I really might make a video of what I've found out, cos I can't find it documented anywhere

I just ordered two of these for my son for his surprise switch for xmas....How do they actually feel while playing?

To my surprise actually pretty good. I have never really been a fan of third party controllers but this one feels solid like they actually sourced quality materials to build it. Thing I'm most happy with is that its been a couple months, used by kids and adults, and still no drift or issues whatsoever. Thanks for your question and hope I've been some help

Any one knows why the controller is flashing when operating and doesn’t blink when connected to usb cable. It seems like it is working in reverse. :/

Bought this Controller but I can't get a connection wireless...only by using the USB Cable, a connection is found, which is lost everytime I shut down the switch, then I have to put in the USB cable again to get a connection...anyone with a good solution or the same problem??

I’m having an issue connecting this controller to my switch also. I haven’t tried a usb cable yet though.
