Hi Richard 👋 No joke, I magically (and soberly) flipped a switch in a dream one night and every bit of confusion and disorder I had felt in my life just 🌬️ vanished. One thing that was key was realizing that if humanity lived in the wild, lifespan would be less than 40 years. In that sense, wild, natural life ended some time ago for you. You can think of a clear headed version of yourself as the non wild version. You have to let go of everything you ever expected and once you do, it really will feel like your brain 🧠 was overcome with magic.

100% agree! We are brought up as children with parents who mean well but don't always get it right. Then, for the rest of our lives, our heads repeatedly play our parents words over and over in our heads. We have to replace those words. Affirmations were a huge help for me. I'm not advertising but, Rockstar Affirmations is a great place to start. There's a lot of videos about money, love and success BUT there are lots of videos about confidence, courage and self esteem too. Think about it, were heard our parents words for years over and over. Now it's time to throw some headphones on and hear words that convey confidence and encouragement over and over in our heads. Trust me, it will help more than you think.

“Talking to myself” not so much… Not talking much at all to anyone is my normal but it’s not about being rude or anything. Over thinking everything to a point of stupidity WAS my biggest issue. Meditation has become something I cherish My goal is always to just be quiet and be still At first it was seemingly impossible and I thought about giving up countless times After a while I think even my mind was enjoying the break of the always thinking on anything and everything (often for no applicable reason). Inner peace is simply stillness and then you can begin to think on much better things. In a mass consciousness that is seemingly losing empathy, and desire to be authentic… A person who can become still and not react to the floods of negative energy around us… becomes a being who can walk straight through hell and never become any part of it. Stillness meditation has zero impacts on anyones religion or beliefs. If anything it amplifies or deletes truths from half truths. Stuff goes on that I have no way to describe, nor will I try. There is no one religion of man that has not been tampered with or modified. Some of them to the point of being nothing as it was. We are living in a time where a mental health crisis is an everyday mention. I used to be a part of that anxiety and depression ridden population… I even had what experts call “chronic depression.” No meds worked. I hated them. I hated everything. I mostly wanted to die. Everything was a trade off for horrible side effects and one med had me wanting to eat bullets for supper daily. I had a very horrific childhood. A violent broken home turned into me being abandoned and from there even more horrible things happened. On top of that I’m boarder line Atypical and was born with Sensory Processing Disorders. I don’t tell you ANY OF THIS, to whine and gain your pity, that basically sickens me. I say it because IF I CAN OVERCOME stuff most people say is impossible… ANYONE CAN DO THIS… It’s a choice, not a problem that can’t go away. Sure I can still get triggered, or a bit angry, or depressed… it’s normal However, I have the tool set to get past it in minutes instead of months! No drugs, no woo-woo, no lying to myself, no pretending I am someone I’m not, or having something I don’t. People don’t even know themselves enough to find that stillness. Its a challenge of all challenges (or it was for me) but once YOU NOTICE ITS WORKING, suddenly it just amplifies and becomes something you CHERISH. I’m not a guy you would consider ever seeing meditating. I’m a NATV Canadian/American mixed breed raised as a backwoods farm boy in the dirty south. The most UNTYPICAL of all combinations of what someone might think of as a person who loves (even finds time) to sit MONK OUT (as my friends call it) and go about totally refreshed while others rant and cuss everything around them . The greatest secret is BE GRATEFUL AND FORGIVING… The rest just sort of falls into place. When you convert negative energy to positive NRGY… YOU BECOME a child of LIGHT its not for a coveted few… it’s for the few who will do whatever it takes to earn back what was stolen a very long time ago. But I KNOW most wont or cant believe that… because they cant quiet their head longer than a few seconds, listening to the regurgitation of fragments of crap people claim as some form of truth. And that’s ok, we get it or we don’t and there are many practices that can bring fourth the same result… that’s why it’s so important to not judge someone who is trying something different than you… If we were all the same it would be a very boring existence. If you can LOVE the darkest thing in your past (and or present) you become the master of your mind by default. Your mind is not the boss… YOUR HEART IS Once that inner transfer of “power” happens your LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. Its not even possible.

This is something I just know is true. Since my awakening, I have become extremely conscious of my thoughts, words and actions. Weeding out negativity as it shows it's ugly head. I've caught myself mid sentence engaging in gossip and stop and say No. Calling myself stupid when I'm working or doing anything was happening a lot. Now I am divinely inspired to receive my blessing of abundance and wealth by aligning with the energy vibrating at the frequency of abundance and wealth.

So very true. Something to think about....we human beings seem to be wired more to pain/ fear/ shadows than confidence/freedom/sunshine . We seem to be openly accepting/ believing of being told we're bad/defective/poor etc..... someone tells you you're pretty/handsome/good/great/clever/well dressed/brilliant and you may likely be surprised or doubtful. But, if they tell you all the opposites of these things, you are more likely to be silently accepting. Next time you are complimented or criticised, be aware of how you actually feel.
