“This is a story chant from one of our most common Bugandan stories, “Nsangi”. The chant tells of a gorilla sparing a young girl’s life, promising to only take her when she’s of age. These stories are shared during bonding time in the evenings. It’s another way of passing on wisdom from generation to generation.”
