A transferred his property to B for his life , then to his daughter D for life and B's such daughter BD who will take the property on attaining 16 yrs. In case B is not blessed with daughter , the property would go absolutely to B's unborn son BS . B was blessed with only a son. BS claims over the property. Will he succeed,? Unnecessarily reptitions may please be avoided and also plz go lttle faster. Dialogue is bit slow still your explainations are not as easy as I have found in your videos of other subjects.
