Have you ever been on the run? William Leahy has. After a night gone wrong, William tried to escape the consequences of his actions, but the law caught up with him. This misstep wasn’t an isolated incident - William had a rough childhood and joined a gang. Headed for prison, William took his gang affiliations with him, and it marked his experience while incarcerated. Listen in as William tells Ian about his journey on this episode of Locked In.

That’s it. Some of them make you feel like they just do their life and never interact with us. Basically, if you’re not gonna be in your own comments, I don’t be either. Geez man, you can feel the trauma in this guy talking about childhood. I grew up in Southie in the 70s and it was the white projects, Irish, very hard times lots of fighting starting at literally age 3-5 for most boys unless you hid inside, big kids made us fight. I was lucky to have good parents, but I got beat up a lot for it by kids who were jealous. Fucked up but I see why.
