Hi peppermint! Im a new artist and im getting my first drawing tablet for christmas, I just wanted to know (if you wanna ofc) give some tips on whats a good way to start drawing cats! Also i love ur artstyle and its so cool, love your videos ! !

sure! some tips: have fun drawing because if you're enjoying it you'll draw more often and just the act of drawing more will help you improve ^^ In terms of more technical skill stuff, look at and reference photos of real cats and/or how other artists draw cats, and tracing is great for learning!! (just don't claim traced stuff as original if you post it publicly or something ofc) But ultimately if the 'trying to get better with technical skills' thing starts to stress you out/be more work than fun, switch to just drawing stuff you enjoy C: otherwise that stress might make you stop drawing all together (which means both no enjoyment and no improvement!) so i really do hope you have fun with your new drawing tablet! ^^
