I had some serious parties. Only fools would allow this pathetic security service to stop their fun. Hilarious really... only really applies if you live close to the campus. I lived in Argentina for 7 months and met literally hundreds of people who talked about their Gap years like this! I used to love it when they though they were doing something really original... My favourite was when I met a girl who was going to Thailand and she she was like "yah, yah we're going to Phi Phi and than we're going to this really exclusive party called a 'Half moon Party' - have you ever heard of them?" I bet she took some naughty salt and chundered everywhere!
