Bought one of these but the outer lip seems to bend upwards and fouls on the door when closing. Have seen others trim the outer edge but can’t see that mentioned here and not sure if recommended? Not sure the glue provided on its own will be strong enough to hold it down until set!

Hi there, with the weather being so cold they can warp out of shape during transport. We recommend laying the seal down flat and placing heavy items on top overnight to get the bend out of the seal. Hello, I have an electric roller garage door with it's own rubber safety seal. Unfortunately, at one end there's a couple of mm gap because my floor is just a tad uneven. Would this still be suitable to use with my type of garage door?

Hi, we would only recommend to fit a garage door seal with the same height as the gap in your door. The only one we sell is 18mm high. - Georgina, X8R Ltd

Why would anyone make a video about fitting this product to a garage door that needs replacing... the seal is probably worth more than the door... and it has a hole in it sp water is going to get in the garage anyway....
