Garage door opener on your bike?

Okay guys I might have 2 barns, ( small ) this is definitely Fluff besides getting to play with best toys, you now have a remote control for your garage door on your E bikes. I put mine in a walk out basement. I most definitely have to send this to the Doctor as I won’t be surprised if he hires a butler to open his garage door’s yes he has 5 garage doors. But now he can save his millions and get this remote.. Very Cool…

Can this be programed via only an old remote? Eg press the old remote and learn signal?

Not sure. It's easy enough to just hit the button on the garage door unit.

Bought one on recommendation of this video. Followed instructions to install. Doesn't work. Garage works fine with my other openers.

Oh man thats no good to hear. I'm glad we were able to share something of interest, but I'm sorry to hear it's not working. I'm sure it's redundant to ask, but have you reached out to them? They have a support number as well as email. I wouldn't give up. We've had success pairing it to three different garage door open brands. Some were more finicky then others. Mine at home worked while my ford homelink still refuses to connect.

@@ElectricBikeJournal I contacted them and they said they don't do return shipping labels, so I would have to return it on my own dime. They offered a tech support call, but they didn't arrange a time so I just got called randomly a few days later when I was out at dinner. They ended up sending me another one "under warranty" to check if it's the opener, so we'll see if that will do it.

Update - the second one they sent over worked! Good to know the company honors their warranty easily and quickly!
