Chukuman Sure thing, we’re here to help each other. I’m based in Amsterdam, and what I do is about the same as what Anish does, I buy and split properties for a low cost, usually bought through auction, and depending on the factor numbers (the lower the better) I either rent those spaces out or sell them. Now keep in mind that Amsterdam is ridiculously expensive, so the profits are usually really good, same thing goes for the rent. A property around 300-400K can make you around 70-75K a year if you know what you’re doing. Hope that helped you.

Chukuman Chukuman Haha je pikt de taal zo weer op joh, usually 3 or 4 story premises, you can build a flat off of a house essentially, and sell them individually, that’s why most houses that are split have ABCD after the original number of the house. As far as labour goes, always find people that do good work and know what they are doing, and keep the costs as minimal as possible. London is crazy expensive as well, so keep an eye out for potential residents, favorably from auction, since that’s way cheaper, and it also depends heavily on your budget, the more money you can put in, the less your mortgage payments will be.

IMO you were spot on to cancel your two orders. You can now get these cars at list from Dealers (certainly the Ferrari 812). A car that you should maybe think about, and will be going up in value, will be the Porsche Carrera GT! Of course, they're not cheap but of course it's an Investment car (as you know). Classic Super cars will always go up as they'll never be made like them again! All the best.

Ihty that’s actually not confirmed...but I’ve heard it might be the last v12 🤷🏽‍♂️. The speciale from ferrari was the last naturally aspirated and so was the 458 Italia. They dropped...but maybe that’s as low as they will go.

I think SVJ-s are not a good buy right now. SV-s are available from around 350k Euros, and there will be 700 more of SVJ-s produced. I think the SV is a better buy now, but I would buy an SVJ a little bit more than a year later.

I definitely agree with your view about market value etc because at the end of these beautiful dreams is a shocking reality. Considering the market going down and probably a crash incoming, I wouldn't risk my investments on these supercars either. The 812 SF is definitely depreciating a lot and I bet the SVJ will also decrease in value or at least remain levelled because of the higher production numbers compared to SVs. I'd look more into the SVJ 63 limited run if I was in the market for an SVJ but they might be difficult to get one's hands on. Aston Martin are the kings of depreciation. 10 year old Aston Martin under $80,000 really scares me, lol! Maybe looking at supercars that are appreciating in value might be a better option. The F12 TDFs are already above the million dollar mark now and Koenigsegg topping the list of appreciation list. Maybe getting a low production number and expected to appreciate supercar might be better option. Anyways, love your videos Anishvin!

Thanks for the great answer. Funnily enough Aston Martin is top of my list. Some 4-6 year old cars like the vanquish are great buys now at around 80-100k. Also less of those on sale than even F12’s (not the tdf). Then the older Aston’s have started becoming more expensive than the new ones.

Hi Anishvin, I honstly dont blame you as Brexit is not helping the situation and growth is shrinking each day and the is a massive lack of investment in the UK and I think the Supercar market will still drop a bit more and I would wait at least another six months if not longer but the Ferrari Berlinetta has dropped in price and has become very affordable or a FF / GTC4 Lusso. I would hold off spending any money and save as much as you can untill the UK is a little more stable. Truly Alan B
