Many times the plastic bushings crack on the actuator control rods, and the rods fall down and can't move the linkage. Normally a cheap repair. However, the last time i cheacked, the bushings were not available seperately. You had to buy a complete new intake manifold. Lovely...

i get to 2200. get a big pop in the intake and the engine dies immediately. starts back without any trouble and i am back where i was

Great video yet I don't understand how those flaps work.i had my manifold replacement about 1 year ago and it has low power now.i don't own a scanner tool.
