Hi coach! I train on tuesday all rope climbings, i do the traditional with weights like 3 sets, and then de donkey kongs 3 sets of each one, hand by hand and the explosive one, but then i dont train with the rope until next tuesday, i think I am gonna traing the sled pulls on saturday...... But you say that some wrestlers train rope climbing 3 times per week, how many sets do they do? Thanks for reading me coach!

I’ve been watching this channel for a while now to help my wrestling. Here in London wrestling isn’t a big sport however I’ve incorporated a lot of this training to keep me ahead of my game. Thanks coach

even if one does not do wrestling, this will help anyone develop strength and power. thanks a lot, will definitely try them at the gym.

I modify my stances and rhythm a bit, but the sled pull is fantastic for rock climbing training even if you have a minor pulley strain in some fingers

About 20 meters long and 2 inches in diameter.

How do you a the rope connected to a sled or a sealing?

We have the sled connected to a carabiner at the end of the rope. Hope that helps 💪

@@GarageStrength Which sled would that be? I don't have either a rope or a sled and i'd need both but unfortunately i cannot seem to find either where i live. Online?

Where do you get your 2" climbing/sled ropes? I've only found 1.5" climbing/sled ropes.
