Thanks previewed the first minute of the video and decided to just check the comments in hope of someone stating the name of the book. Much prefer hearing that answer right away and watch the content but if it's not mentioned I'll tend to just look for the answer in comments and move onto the next video.

LOL. Due to a botched knee surgery in the ‘80s, I’ve been doing what you called half squats for over 40 years since my knee simply won’t bend past about 80 degrees. Oh well. No NFL for this 50-something😄
