Big Fan of your KZbin Channel! One question: currently i am 184cm and weigh about 72kg, with the aim to hit 80kg minimum. I play soccer as an number 10 and want to get more athletic. Therefore i really like the content, because u can compare football and soccer quite easily. But should i first build muscles while i am getting bigger (hypertrophy) or should i do athletic exercises? (Or even an mix) What would be best for me? Thanks and greetings from Germany.

Awesome video! They both need to work on stabilizing and balancing their ankles and calves. Every lunge position they were in was wobbly and ankles fell over even on the on some on them. If not more than likely they will get an ankle injury in college ball. J'Ven especially, his ankles don't look great on ROM or stability. Will be fine with some targeted work. Excited to watch them play.

Hey Coach Miller what’s your opinion on using the sissy squat machine (the one with the rubber pad behind your knees and the rollers in front of your ankle) as a football player. Useful for a football player or more for bodybuilders ? Thanks !!

They should be the same version of the app. Not sure why there are different versions. We will look into that. You are looking at Peak Strength, right? If so, go with the cheaper option.

Man…there is nothing like testosterone and growth hormone at its highest 😂😂😢. When I was a senior in high school I could bench 285, squat 455, deadlift 505 at 5’8 and 155lbs and also ran a consistent 4.41 -4.44 40 yard dash. And I didn’t turn 18 until after I graduated in June. Granted I played football and ran track all year round so I was highly conditioned but, there is nothing like youth juice! I’ll be 35 years young this year and can still hit 19 mph sprinting. Just can’t hold it as long anymore.😅
