If a dresser is missing a wheel, you can always cut the legs to one length. That dresser was 1/4 sawn oak, worth a minimum $200, a little wood glue goes a long way to fix the drawers. I enjoy your videos, thanks for sharing

Love that metal yard chair. I have 2 of them, probably 30 plus years old now & still good shape. Have them sitting in my yard now. This was a good day, great finds.

Those Ethan Allen chairs go for about 500 bucks a pop, good find mate...don't let those go at flea market , i would sell those on Ebay, try local pickup only.
