City of Phoenix: Refurb 320 RR

Here's one of the city’s best and newest drivers absolutely killing it in the spare: an ex-City of San Diego chassis with an Alliance-"refurbished" Rapid Rail body. This is just the beginning of their new fleet, also featuring Autocar RRs of this variety, refurb N3s. new CNG N3s and incoming brand new CNG Rapid Rails. Phoenix went from the most boring and generic fleet in the state to one of the more interesting city fleets more or less overnight

You're right about the killing it part lol he's probably the fastest RR operator ive seen on YT. Interesting they changed their color scheme to grey. Cant wait to see what else Phoenix has to offer. Variety is good lol.
