That whole chase could have been stopped right at the very start in Cushlawn estate. The garda car had ample chance to block the car then but only a half arsed attempt. Same soon after another garda car with a pathetic effort to intercept.

watching this, did the gardai have grounds to pull the mondeo over at the start? "smelling a clutch" and "hearing screeching" are hardly enough to suspect that car of commiting a crime. if the mondeo proved the initial pullover was illegal could the case be thrown out in court?

All well and good letting these tyrants prepare their lines and practice their acting before they jump on a documentary and get to portray the force in a good light. Get bodycams on them or record them covertly and you'll see the real Gardai - caught in real time abusing their powers, exerting authority they don't have and you will witness their hostile and aggressive disdain towards the public. Have no problem with the police but I have a problem with the tyrants who get away with their corruption and the unlawful behaviour that the majority of the force engage in.
