Slow and steady. Next area of attack will be the grass I mowed. We’re putting in swings and a sitting area. (Don’t worry, plenty of grass in the back yard and front for the kids to play). Also, will be tackling the side beds by the veggie garden (where you saw the chickens). I pulled the tulips I didn’t want and deadhead the ones I want to come back next season. She shed loading 🤞🏽#TrustTheProcess

Being retired, garden work is pretty much what keeps me going. I can really tell when I'm not able to get into the garden at least a couple hours per day due to weather or other activities. Even the simple act of pulling weeds is a soothing activity for me. I'm not a big fan of lawns, or mowing, but I look at it as harvesting the grass for the garden, or even starting new garden expansion.
@leneb19122 жыл бұрын
I definitely see your point. I am semi retired and just being able to pick up leaves, prune a plant or smell a flower brings me such joy.

Second - the tulips you pulled and put in the crate - are those the ones you don’t want? Or are keeping them somewhere? I just ask because you put them in a crate versus your pop up. Wasn’t sure if you were replanting them or storing them somehow! Awesome video!!
