Looks nice. Doesn't look difficult for a DIYer to do.

Hi, well done you both. Do you work in Oxfordshire side? And is the work methodology similar with timber made extension? If there are 2 timber walls of 3 m height x 4.6 m wide, and one main garden opening wall of timber including a 10 foot wide french door? And flat roof with Warm system. Base will have 20 block post instead of a complete concrete floor. How long would it take to complete it approximately? Many thanks.

Totally clueless. Buildings are not toy erector sets where you only assemble what you find on site.

Dont see even a little bit of tannalised wood in this anywhere , I give it 5 years before it falls to bits in parts, very false savings in the long term, shame the basics were there.
