Love that yall are speaking about suppressing the immune system instead of ramping it up.

Hi from New York. I just discovered your podcast and love it. I’m binging listening and learning so much from you three. Im in my fifties and a long time gardener, but I apparently have so much more to learn😊

Basil tea is also sooooo good! Cinnamon basil was my favorite (which by the way smells like heaven) and lemon basil is good too! Just steep the fresh herbs as long as you want (I did it for an hour or two) then added some lemon juice and honey. It was wonderful! Definitely so refreshing but a completely different flavor than I’ve ever had!

I'm in zone 7b, and I've grown butterfly pea flower. The only thing is it didn't climb as high as it should.

Love lemons but was so disappointed to hear that they don’t exist naturally in nature! It’s a cross between 2 other less popular different types of citrus I believe!

I love this podcast, I just found your podcast channel today and I adore it as a beginner gardener 🩷 I laughed about the “wort” thing, I thought I was the only one who disliked the name but it’s so interesting to know that they are all useful!
