Been a cabinet maker myself for over 44 years I've specialized in making exspensive underground furniture most my working life. My work spends a short time above ground and a very long time below ground and is in most cemeteries around the country. I've never gone looking for work it's allway come my way as I make pre death solid hard wood coffins that most people buy before taking there last breath. I've made my own coffin used as a table till needed for it's true purpose calling it my end table. There's a fortune to be made in quility oak & ash coffins in the UK. Myself I've only every met another 2 true coffin makers in my life one the man who taught me the trade, bouth dead now resting in there own hand made coffins. Selling direct to the customer is highly profitable check out the market as it's served my self a great living while working with death. I've 20 months left before I emigrate and will hang up my tools for the last day sadly. A coffin is actually nothing more than a very exspensive strong box.

@@michaelwillson6847 hmmm if I had to choose between a bandsaw or track saw I'd go for a track saw all day, you can re saw on a table saw so that takes care of what the bandsaw does best to some extent, plus I think you need to spend a lot an a good bandsaw mine are both not the best at all. First starting out here. Don't have a planer nor can I afford one. So this video is irrelevant to starters.

It's how I started out, save up put whatever you can afford aside then buy what you can. It may not be relevant to you but might be to other people starting out, everyone's budget is different mine was small but I got there maybe you to can with a improved attitude.

@@danielbowen2247 How do you know what people are starting out with ? Like I said everyone is different. I had a planer within the first few months.

I did the same, I had to get a planer because I was planning on using pallet wood and as I'm less abled than most it was the only option for me. You have to have faith in yourself and your ability and make that first step to help yourself to succeed. Good luck with whatever you do.
