How to repair and maintain your LED solar garden lights. These lights are typically poorly made and quit working very quickly, my longest lasting ones last a couple years before dying. I've quit throwing them away, and now I have fixed all the broken ones I had. Explains how to fix a broken wire on a solar LED.

Thanks. Your video is exactly what I was looking for. You make it easy to understand. I'm fixing something similar to your frog. It is one of Mums favourite ornaments. A faerie sitting holding a book that lights up. I may need to get another circuit board. The little black box is just a splodge of something on the board (I think it's a smaller version of the same). Good advice about photos.

You're welcome, glad it helps. I should have a video soon on making your own solar lights, whether it is a compete repair, or a totally new light. I should go back and edit those captions, currently that is the auto caption You Tube does, and those usually have errors. Do you know where I can purchase the LED eyes your one frog has?

Those are just regular white LED's, like the link in the Description up above. What makes them look like that is the reflectors around his eyes, that are sort of like a flashlight or a headlight reflector - that's all part of the frog body itself.

Did you ever post the how to video for the Circuit Board? or do you have a link of where to buy a replacement?

Not yet. I'll try to write something up and give a link here soon, then get the video made too. I don't know of where you can get a replacement circuit board.
