What’s insane here? In fact, the spider didn’t consume the grasshopper here yet. It just injected the digestive ferments into it and is waiting for them to digest the grasshopper’s innards into a liquid soup which it’ll drink.

Grasshoppers are plentiful and they’re a pest. The spider 🕷️ did work. Grasshoppers can fight though.

I love this spider working on a farm this summer I had the treat of finding one off of its web during the colder months and I took the opportunity to handle it and its legs were like little pins sticking my hand as it walked SUPER creepy. id hate to be the grasshopper
