Your garden is much bigger scale than mine. How much time do you spend per day on it? This is my first year using mittleider too... but i have just two 8 ft beds. high yield and maybe ten minutes per day.

About 30 minutes to an hour. It was so prolific that we are planning on scaling back a little next year.
