Loved this video especially the way you captured the Aussie summer and your description. Enjoying your content more and more. Love to watch some renovations too.

I’d watch anything you put up. It’s YOU that make your videos great and that’s the filming, the music and the chat. This is a very underrated channel. I never miss an episode.

Thank you Phaedra for showing how to prepare for the sun- my parents are constantly getting skin cancers removed - it is so refreshing to see someone talking about preparing for the impact of our very strong sun. It really needs an intervention such as yours. It is also lovely to watch your journey through the growing season

Hi Phaedra I really enjoyed this video. It was so peaceful; beautiful. Thank you for sharing your lovely part of the world. 😊The sun is searing in Australia. What a coincidence with your storm as we are about to get a big storm here too! (Sunshine Coast) It’s good that you’re protecting yourself from the harmful rays 😮☀️🌞 Yes - Victoria’s flies are bad. The mozzies here are shocking.😳 Aww the echidna 🦔 is so sweet. How wonderful to have them and kangaroos 🦘 on your land. Really enjoyed seeing the flowers that you are planting this year. I love watching seed hauls and plantings and following along to see how they are growing. It inspires me to plant more seeds. 💚

Thankyou!! I hope your storm was nice!? Sometimes I wonder if people like watching seed hauls so Thankyou for letting me know that!

LOL, Oz is such a mixed bag!! I love the landscape and the awesome wildlife, very glad we don't have snakes or scary spiders in NZ though - and I am envious of your warm weather but at the same time I'm glad we don't get that hot :))

A mixed bag is a good description!! I love love love that NZ is free from snakes and spiders, and bugs really (from what I remember).

The Sugar cane mulch is extremely hard to get at present
@phaedragardenessКүн бұрын
I noticed how fast it’s disappearing off the shelves and it’s almost gone again! I’m nearly done mulching with it. Fingers crossed I’ve got enough to finish!!

Hi purchased that same compost I’m Not happy with it at all it’s not the best but was cheap and handy at the time and the organic sugar cane is no good either but that one is ok the pea straw is the bees knees though just putting my mistakes and letting you know Love your videos I’m new to your channel and loving what you do I’m @ the mid north coast and our climate is a bit different to yours though but oh the storms we are having freaky 🙌all the best A Big Thank you 🌱👒🥰🇦🇺oh I’m over Reno’s but some people might like it 😉
@phaedragardenessКүн бұрын
Hi Karen!! I would love to know why you say the sugar can mulch is no good if you can share please?! I’ve almost finished covering the entire garden in it 😬. Can do pea straw next year though!

One of my friends got legionnaires disease from a bag of potting mix. She nearly died. Wearing a mask while handling bagged soil/potting mix /compost etc is a good idea
