Thank you darling, that's just what I'm going to do. I'm going to put black pepper and garlic powder up and through the garden and I'm going to put cayenne pepper on the Outer Perimeter. Dang a fence.

I saw on another video about a stainless steel wire stretched just above the chicken wire. Raccoons hate that, I suppose because it hurts there hands when climbing over.

Replenishing the deterrent every time you irrigate is not useful. I tried cayenne, chilli and now garlic. Only thing that seems to work is wire mesh.

Funny enough, Irish spring soap cut in chunks around garden did more, but the only thing to work 100% is an electric fence that they cannot climb over or dig under. A garden vault. I also only grow small tomatoes. A giant red or yellow tomato just calls out to them. I would have to keep dogs in the actual garden if I grew them.
