I am so happy you posted this here, Millie, because this was my favorite segment on GA last Friday. What you did with this by probably everyone always forgotten and neglected part of a garden, is truly astonishing. Loved it and the result so inspiring!

I have a full shade area too. I grew ferns, orchids and any plants that can take shade. So far it works.

I love all the details and thought you put in and described in your South facing micro garden. The receding painted wall, the rustic gates…..vertical space dimension, shelf and vent……the right plants for the right place…even habitat …and beauty of course……in the shade…..this will be so useful for many others to ponder🔥🙌 I would like an update on how it went too.

I have to agree our camellia are full of little wattle birds who love living in them & have wonderful winter feeds from their homes too!

I love this new style of yours that involves the camera man holding the camera and moving with it, it feels more connecting somehow! More of this style please :D

Love it! Inspiring ideas for a shady, narrow walkway. And, your brightness and enthusiasm make you a pleasure to watch. Oh, our camellias always have bird and bee visitors - a beautiful and bounty giving plant!
