This is hands down the best grow channel on KZbin right now. I have listened to many of your guest for hours on their channels, but the way you are able to harvest the best out of them and condense their essential knowledge, is amazing!!!!!! And this particular video is all fire from start to finish. So many times during your videos I want to say "get out of my head that is exactly what I needed you ask!"

This is the first time I have ever commented on a video but I must say, as a new grower on my 4th grow, this is absolutely the most beneficial video. This answered all the question that I have at this stage of growing. Much appreciated as there is so much varying information out there that it’s hard to know what is “true science”. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Every grower has their own way of doing things. This talk was especially helpful for me. Mr McCormick's methodology is similar to mine so his answers were very applicable to my gardens. All your episodes are helpful, this hit the mark "for me". Nice work Chris.

My buddy takes a 40lb bag of work castings, puts a old blanket over it, cuts a hole in the top and puts a seedling in it. He has several of these strategically placed in out of the way sunny places beside old roads. I would think it would be too hot for the plants. He does quite good and most never get discovered. I prefer my indoor tent and controlled conditions.

I have been wanting to get rid of my salty bottle feeds and this made the most sense to me as Tim is feeding the soil which is the base and foundation of the plant growth. This was my favorite interview you have done. Such a wealth of information. I wish you had asked him about defoliation during flower. I was a just reading an article stating that there is no scientific data showing that defoliation does anything to increase size, weight or yield and that its just bro science. Would love to get an opinion on this subject.

Great interview. Only 1 critique I can think of. At about the 38 min mark he states paclo inhibits auxin, which breaks apical dominance. I believe this to be false, paclo instead is a gibberelin inhibitor, gibberelins are also responsible for internodal length. By inhibiting there development you in turn make the internodal stretch much shorter, including spacing between calyx formation. Therefor shorter tighter plant with more dense bud structure.

Fantastic episode. Feel the scientist is satisfied in me. Thank you so much guys. One question regarding silicone, I run a dwc and have found it so benificial to plant strength and fullness. Since silicone is close to carbon, in terms of periodic table. Is it worth increasing during the flowering stage? I run 10ml per 10 litre through out grow..... Am I falling in to bro science lol..

I stop silica week 4 or 5
@rajsinghk13 жыл бұрын
@@romanreckless8263 Hi Roman, may I ask your rational for stopping at week 5? In my dwc set up, I continue until week 7 of bloom, and final 2 weeks run the ppm down to 150 during flush. I've used silica on 4 runs and found I have stronger plants and no change in taste.
