So I want to put 3 things out there for the folklore leaks. 1. I've heard they are machine translated so there could be some discrepancies. 2. I agree with the video Gnoggin/Lockstin did positing that they were world building exercises mimicking real world mythology that were never intended to be released and not necessarily just a down bad employee 3. Most of the stories don't give explicit detail on the "activities" just minor implications. Which when you think about it, Froslass decorating their homes with frozen corpses is actually canon and far worse than anything written in the leaks. Just saying.

All these points are right on the money. The Pokemon community is also well known for exaggerating things way more than what really happens. And when something can be twisted to support Pokemon x Human relationships you just know its going to happen. And some people are kind of defensive of trying to make it true too which is kind of weird in its own right.

What I hate the most about these leaks isn't the leak themselves but how some people reacted to them. Come on, people make worse stuff with the rule 34 but suddenly they all become puritans. Poor Typhlosion is its reputation is ruined over a mistranslation. The only thing the Typhlosion did in that story was save a girl from a blizzard that would have killed her. It gave her shelter and berries to keep her alive. The father thought Typhlosion had kidnapped her daughter, and when he found Typhlosion, he killed it. The girl was heartbroken at Typhlosion's death she put on it, felt, and left. The girl was never seen or heard from again.

And like looking back, the more time has passed the more was gardevoir catching up to lucario so for me it was inevitable that gardevoir would be lucario one day.
