@@RSAnimism We won't get heaven on earth, just look at the world. What is being done to children, the division but the most surprising thing how easily it is to shape the opinion of people, everyone is in a state of tribalism and it's only going to get worse. John 3 16-17 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. If you do not know Jesus Christ by the time you die, you'll wish you could take it all back for a second chance. Jesus Christ had to take the cross for our sin because without Him, nobody would be with God after judgement. For those who doubt the existence of God, I'd pray and ask to be shown the truth in sincerity. So many people will be crying and losing their minds as they await judgement, it's so sad but it's not like you were never warned, you just were too wrapped up in life to care but that will change one day.

This part of the game, man.... Very few games nowadays have touching or mesmerizing moments like this. And it was just the freakin' beginning!!! I was one of those that had to stop just to listen to the music... Something I didn't have done in gaming since the PS1 days. Kinda crazy to think (as the entire game, actually) that it fits so well and makes a lot of sense if we consider the plot and the ending...

To this day this is my favourite game ever. Every detail, every story beat, every song, every parallel, was fucking masterful. We were absolutely blessed to get gifted this. Fucking transcendent shit, I’ve returned to it so many times over the years and always found something new to appreciate. It’s all summed up in this moment; a man, fresh from the lighthouse, arriving in a city, trying to break the circle that’s already in motion. This was art man.

They didn't, this is a custom version of the song. Look up the lyrics, this one is actually better. Only thing they kept was; Will the circle be unbroken By and by, by and by? @@mikewil7571 This is the original (hymn book 1908): "There are loved ones in the glory Whose dear forms you often miss. When you close your earthly story, Will you join them in their bliss? Will the circle be unbroken By and by, by and by? Is a better home awaiting In the sky, in the sky? In the joyous days of childhood Oft they told of wondrous love Pointed to the dying Saviour; Now they dwell with Him above. You remember songs of heaven Which you sang with childish voice. Do you love the hymns they taught you, Or are songs of earth your choice? You can picture happy gath'rings Round the fireside long ago, And you think of tearful partings When they left you here below. One by one their seats were emptied. One by one they went away. It's funny how everyone's talking about Bioshock but don't think about what the song is actually saying. This song came out in 1907. It talks about death and heaven. It makes sense that it's in Bioshock infinite (I loved the game btw, excellent storyline) because its set in 1912 and talks of Booker's conversion and then creating a place that tries to resemble heaven. Even though those were not his real intentions. There were several remakes of the song but in Bioshock, it plays the original. Basically, it talks about loved ones passing away saying that the immediate family circle here on earth has been broken but will it be complete in heaven? It's not asking whether heaven exists but rather acknowledges that it does and will we join our loved ones in heaven? In parts of the song, it says "Do you love the hymns they taught you, Or are songs of earth your choice?"..."Here the circle has been broken- Will it be complete one day?" Probably hints do we love God more or the things this world and that based on our choices will we be reunited with our loved ones in heaven after we die. Because obviously, we all will die. I just thought it was an interesting song when I read the lyrics. Here's the lyrics btw: There are loved ones in the glory, Whose dear forms you often miss; When you close your earthly story, Will you join them in their bliss? Refrain (Chorus): Will the circle be unbroken By and by, by and by?- In a better home awaiting In the sky, in the sky. In the joyous days of childhood, Oft they told of wondrous love, Pointed to the dying Savior; Now they dwell with Him above. You remember songs of heaven Which you sang with childish voice, Do you love the hymns they taught you, Or are songs of earth your choice? You can picture happy gath’rings ’Round the fireside long ago, And you think of tearful partings, When they left you here below. One by one their seats were emptied, One by one they went away; Here the circle has been broken- Will it be complete one day?

Gardimuer, Thank you so very much for sharing and making this upload available! I had been able to find all of the other songs, except this one. I take that back. I COULD find this one, but the quality of your upload is far, Far, FAR superior to the other ones available. This song, when taken out of context, it is a great song to play in aiding the little ones off to sleep! The wife and I just pipe it into the house-wide sound system via the laptop, put it on "repeat 5" and they are usually asleep before the song ends for the first time! Again, many thanks friend! Killian

This is my favorite single player story drven game of all time. I have tattoos including AD on my right hand. This opening and music rip at my heart and now at 40 years old, make me think of friends and family ive lost and the few times i almost gave up on my own life. But got to be real and honest. EVERY single time i first see the water running down the stairs, i think, That is a slip hazard and a half! This place gunna get sued. For real tho this game is etched into my heart and is simply art and poetry in terms of storytelling imo.

I've heard this one my first playthrough and it made me almost hypnostized by the melody alone. I really thought I died in the intro and literally went to heaven! Wish there a route where you didn't have to kill anyone... Proving that even false Shepherds can bring in peace and forgiveness.
