I was cooking prawns the other day and even though it was deveined, I thought that I had to remove the veins from the front as well which took forever. Made this tonight, bear in mind I have never, in my 63 years of life ever cooked shrimp. And I followed every instruct and detail to the letter. I switched out whole milk for half and half. I did not see any ingredient measurements for the brown butter sauce so I equated 1/4 cup each of broth, half-half and cornstarch/water thickener as a starting point. Instead of spaghetti I used linguine and this dish, finished with a little more chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese and was out of this world delicious!!! I had my husband eating out of my hands with satisfaction. Since I am a woman of principle I did not abuse this...too much🤣. Let’s just say, shopping spree ahead😂. Thank you Sissy, this is now the third recipe that I tried of yours and each one is legendary league, you are a fantastic chef with an amazing palate!!!! Your channel is where I go to first for flavor packed recipes!!!! You have helped me to upgrade in a way that is so simple and economical. Make some space Julia Childs and Gordon Ramsey, this woman is about to take center stage.
