Sanjeev Kapoor is not chef for middle class always use things not available in our kitchen
@Nana-Kunwar5 жыл бұрын
These things are not used in regular Bharatiya cooking that's why not found in our kitchen on day to day basis. If everyone starts using them they will be available to the masses across the classes. My dhaniya phudine wala bhaiya sells such things. Olive oil doesn't cost less but it's not to be used like we use oils in Bharatiya cooking. You can't fry byajiyas in olive oil because at high temperature the oil turns toxic. Kindly do homework before alleging something on someone
@bluesparrow924 жыл бұрын
He is actually a mix of all things. Urban Indians want to be able to make these things at home so as not to break the bank when going to the restaurant. It's good that he caters to them also. You can check his earlier recipes.

But the food is absolutely disastrous.
