@@kajalsingh-bh8kc hi Kajal, i didnt close the stove before adding the curd but i definitely keep the flame at sim and keep whisking the gravy while adding curd...not over whisk though otherwise the curd will split...also before adding curd i whisk the curd into a smooth consistency...few things that i learnt from my grandmother..always comes handy n the curd never splits for me 🙂
