hi there I apps love garlic mushrooms only ever had them in restraunts never made this on toast looks yummy .my go to snack is cheese on toast with tomato and onion salt pepper so easy never fails to please the taste buds

Delicious! You can also add a splash of sherry, cook it down just a bit, and then you’ve got Basque Mushroom Toast.
